We believe relationships
create opportunities.
The Natework Group is a Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business helping people and organizations build stronger relationships, sharper capabilities, and bolder futures.
Our Mission
Most organizations focus on solving today's problems.
We help organizations prepare for tomorrow's opportunities.
There's a difference between reacting and preparing. Reactive organizations constantly fight fires — workforce shortfalls, AI disruption, data they can't trust, change that never sticks. Prepared organizations see what's coming, build the capabilities to meet it, and create the relationships that turn challenges into advantages.
That's the work we do. And we bring the same clarity under pressure, discipline in execution, and deep respect for the people doing the work to every client we serve.
What we believe
- Relationships create opportunities.
- Skills create resilience.
- Data creates visibility.
- AI creates leverage.
- Leadership creates momentum.
- Community creates growth.
Meet the Founder
Nate Champion
President & Chief Executive Officer
Nate Champion is a retired United States Army Chief Warrant Officer 5 who spent over two decades coaching and advising leaders at every level — in some of the most demanding, high-stakes environments in the world. The discipline, clarity under pressure, and people-first perspective he developed there shapes everything he brings to organizational consulting today.
As President & CEO of the PMI Sacramento Valley Chapter, Nate leads one of the region's premier professional associations — designing programming, creating member development opportunities, and building a community of high-performing professionals. He also serves in board leadership roles for several veteran-focused nonprofits committed to transition, workforce development, and community impact.
At The Natework Group, Nate works as a consultant, speaker, and community builder — helping organizations navigate AI adoption, workforce transformation, data strategy, and the kind of sustainable change that actually sticks.
