Your card is saved securely by Stripe today. The Natework Group never stores your card details, and you are not charged anything now.
You are only charged, plus applicable tax, once the book is ready to ship. Before that charge happens, we will email you the final details with a link to cancel if you have changed your mind.
If the book has not shipped by July 4, 2027, your reservation is cancelled automatically and you are never charged.

Frequently asked questions
Will I be charged when I reserve my copy?
No. Reserving only saves your card securely with Stripe. The Natework Group never sees or stores your card details. You are charged $19 per copy, plus applicable tax, only when the book is ready to ship.
Will I get any warning before I’m charged?
Yes. Before your card is charged, we will email you the final details and a link to cancel if you have changed your mind. If we do not hear from you, your card is charged and your book ships as planned.
What happens if the book is not ready to ship by July 4, 2027?
Your reservation is cancelled automatically and you are never charged. No action is required on your part.
Can I cancel my reservation before then?
Yes. Use the cancel link in any notice email we send you, or email nate@thenateworkgroup.com and we will cancel it for you.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. Reservations currently ship to US addresses only.
Can I buy extra copies to donate?
Yes. I work with several non-profits that support transitioning servicemembers, and I personally distribute donated copies through those partnerships. Add however many you’d like using the donation field on the order form. They’re priced the same as your own copy and ship to me, not to your address, so I can get them where they’re needed.
What if my shipping address changes before the book ships?
Email nate@thenateworkgroup.com with your updated address and we will update your reservation.
